BALM & BANNER — Store Policies

Last updated: July 15, 2026. These policies apply to all goods and services sold by Benjamin Thomas LLC, including Balm & Banner apparel.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Because our apparel is pressed to order in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, fit, or change of mind. Please confirm your size and design before completing your purchase; we are glad to answer sizing questions before you buy.

Exception — defects and errors. If your item arrives defective, misprinted, damaged, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@balmandbanner.com or 980-243-3006 with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you or, if a replacement is not available, issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Shipping & Delivery

We currently serve the Gastonia / Gaston County, North Carolina area with local pickup or arranged local delivery. Delivery timing is agreed with you directly when the order is placed.

When shipped orders become available, items will ship via USPS within the United States, with tracking provided. We do not ship internationally, and our products are not subject to export restrictions.

Cancellation Policy

All purchases are one-time transactions; we do not sell subscriptions or recurring services. An order may be cancelled for a full refund any time before it has been pressed or handed off for delivery. Contact us as soon as possible to cancel.

Promotions

We do not currently run promotions or discount offers. If a promotion is offered in the future, its terms will be posted on this page for the duration of the offer.
